Vice President - Dr. Olga Luepschen

Dr. Olga Luepschen and her husband, Lawrence, have resided in Highlands County with their two daughters, Rebecca and Sara since 2001.  Dr. Luepschen completed her pre-medical training at the University of Central Florida with a BS in Biology in 1988 and went on to study at the California College of Podiatric Medicine in San Francisco. Residency training was completed at Westchester General Hospital, in Miami, where she specialized in diabetic limb salvage and wound care. Dr. Luepschen is Board Certified by the American Board of Podiatric Orthopedics and Primary Podiatric Medicine as well as the American Academy of Wound Management.  The Luepschens own and operate The Gentle Foot Care Center of Sebring.

Director - Donna Roberts

Mother of Bryan Roberts-grade 11 and married to Rob Roberts for 24 yrs. have lived in Highlands County for 16 yrs.  We have been a part of HCS since K-4.  Registered nurse for 18 yrs.  Currently work as Office Manager/Registered Nurse for Marie R. Toussaint, MD Internal Medicine for 6 yrs.  My nursing background as a RN has been Hospice Nurse for 5 yrs., Home Health Nurse for 7yrs., Newborn Nursery for about 1yr. and Marketing.  Attended Madison-Oneida Boards of Cooperative Educational Services, Verona, NY for Licensed Practical Nurse and received outstanding Patient Care Award.  George C. Wallace College, Dothan, AL-received Associates in Applied Science in Nursing, 1994.

Treasurer - Kevin Carlisle

Father of Tanya (grade 10) and Max (grade 4). Married to Ginger for 20+ years.  Private practice board certified Physician Assistant specializing in surgery for 30 years.  Graduated from Michigan State University with dual major in Biological Sciences with a minor in Chemistry and secondary education. Overseas study at the University of Stockholm, Sweden. Finished medical training as a physician assistant at Long Island University/Brooklyn-Cumberland Medical Center. Graduated with honors with MBA from Nova/Southeastern University, Fort Lauderdale Florida.  Parishoner and Eucharistic Minister of St. Catherine Catholic Church, Sebring Florida. Active in the Cub and Boy Scouts Pack/Troop 846 Sebring. Eagle Scout.

Secretary - Dee Beaulieu

Dee Hendricks Beaulieu is married to Frank, an electrical contractor in Highlands County.  They have two boys at Highlands Prep: Sam in third grade and William in the 4 year old program.  Their family attends Grace Bible Church.  Dee is a speech- language pathologist and has a part time practice in downtown Sebring.  She obtained a BA in Elementary Education and a minor in Psychology at Florida State University.  Her Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology is from Florida Atlantic University. 

President - Greg Carr

Greg Carr now serves as Chairman of Highlands University Board of Directors.  A native of Highlands County, Greg has been adding value in our community for the past 25 years.  As a leader and entrepreneur, Greg successfully envisioned, launched and now manages his own commercial painting company.  M.C.’s Painting Inc.provides quality painting service for large and small accounts including a major project at Legoland of Florida.  Prior to starting his own company, Greg worked in the restaurant industry.  After being awarded Employee of the Year for two consecutive years he advanced quickly into management.  Greg is a graduate of both Sebring High School and South Florida State College .  Greg and his family, Annie (wife), Raymond (1st grade) and Tlyer (VPK) are members at Grace Bible Church where Greg serves as a Deacon.

Head of School since June 2011.

Doctoral dissertation on the character development of children and youth in a school setting.

Graduated from Southern Adventist University in Tennessee with a B.A. in Theology, Andrews University in Michigan with a Master of Divinity Degree, and Bangor Theological Seminary in Maine with a Doctor of Ministry Degree.  Completed an additional 70 credit hours of studies in educational administration.

Husband of 35 years, father of 4, and grandfather of 3.  Visits area churches where the school children attend.
